MEASLES
There are increasing numbers of cases of measles being reported in some areas of the UK. Advice on identifying measles and treating measles at home is available on the NHS website here.
Measles can spread to others easily and can be serious, especially in babies or in people with weakened immune systems. If you believe you or your child may have measles PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY. Please contact the surgery by phone or using our online contact system and speak to a doctor for advice.
Appointment Reminders
We regret that because of a computer hardware problem our appointments reminder system has not been working for some days. Our software supplier is working to restore the system, but please be aware that the usual reminders are not currently being sent out. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
School Street Surgery Phones
We are aware of a fault with the direct phone line to School Street Surgery caused by work carried out by a third-party contractor. School Street can still be contacted through the main surgery telephone number 01799 525325. We apologise for any inconvenience and the phone line will be restored as soon as possible.
